Group Exercise Class Descriptions


*Boot Camp: A fun and challenging co-ed workout that is different each week. Various stations challenge muscle strength, agility, endurance, and balance. Combined with traditional calisthenics this class will never get old.

*Cardio Kickboxing: An intense, fat-burning interval workout, incorporating kicking and punching combinations, followed by a fifteen minute session of skill- and muscle-group-specific training. Appropriate for members of all fitness and skill levels.

*ZUMBA®: Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be fun and easy to do.

*Tabata Bootcamp: A high intensity interval training class! Combining interval training and all of the favorites of bootcamp!


*Lift and Sculpt: Group resistance training using free weights, tubes, bands, balls…you name it! No choreography.

*Pilates: The Classic Mat series of exercises to build and improve flexibility, strength, and posture, by focusing on core breathing and stability. A perfect asset to your fitness program. All levels welcome.

*Dance Fusion: High-energy choreography fuses with strength training and conditioning for a full-body workout. 

*Ballerobica: a total body workout that combines the fundamentals of ballet with cardio and strength training. The ballet bar (barre) is used to support the body in both static and dynamic movement, which leads to long, lean muscles. This hybrid workout burns fat, revs up metabolic rate for an increased calorie burn, and sculpts the core, upper and lower body muscles.

*Interval Training: A blend of all of your favorite activities in one class! Cardio, Core, Sculpting, Yoga and so much more!

*Cardio’s Greatest HIITs: HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve endurance by alternating high intensity drills with less intense recovery periods. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

*Booty Barre: A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner! The Booty Barre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.


*Soothing Stretch: just a relaxing, mind easing, stretching exercise class that focuses on lengthening the body, which helps to develop and maintain a healthy level of flexibility. It also incorporates a touch of yoga and pilates exercises.

*Yogalates: A combination of Pilates & Yoga to stretch and strengthen your body. The emphasis is on core control in all poses and focus on breathing while in motion. The full body is covered, leaving you feeling toned and flexible!

*Restorative Yin Yoga: A soothing, calming series of floor poses with longer holds to deeply work the connective tissues keeping them strong and healthy and giving you more freedom, comfort and mobility in your joints.

*AM Vinyasa Flow: A moderate paced class for all levels. Wake up both body and mind as you smoothly move through a sequence of poses.


*SPINNING: The latest in group exercise training. Participants cycle together for an amazing overall body workout. You have to experience it yourself. Burn the calories.

*SPIN and CORE: This class combines Spinning and core training exercises that strengthen and stabilize the spine, shoulder and pelvic girdles for a more efficient ride.

*Spin and Pilates: A combination of cardio spinning and the benefit of core strengthening pilates fused into one amazing class.


*SILVER AND FIT EXPERIENCE: This class is designed with the older adult in mind. A great blend of cardiovascular and weight training classes for moderate fitness levels.

*SILVER AND FIT EXCEL: This class is designed to increase the participants flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, reaction time, muscular strength and endurance, all while having a great time in a fun and safe social environment.
